Shorts and crop top weather... you know what that means. Either step out in the sun or use some self-tanner girl.
I swear my friend group in high school were the only girls who used self-tanner and we definitely were called out on it. I've had my fair share of self-tan embarrassments so let me help you out.
From drugstore to luxury, I've tried them all. So depending on what your looking for I'll give you the rundown.
Drugstore:
"Luxury"
ST TROPEZ... I SWEAR by this! Every time I put it on it looks like I just got home from the beach. I put it on at night and just sleep in it. I've used all of the different ones, but I like the 3-hour express tan. (https://www.sephora.com/product/self-tan-express-bronzing-mousse-P407448?icid2=products%20grid:p407448:product)
Loving Tan. Its good but it definitely does not last as long as it says it does. This is a good self-tanner to use in the summer because after a few days it gets blotchy so it looks good when you already have a tan going on. Tan-Luxe The Water Hydrating Self-Tan. I use this when I'm in a hurry or traveling. It is easy to just quickly spray and go. It also dries faster than most tanners BUT I wouldn't recommend this if you have oily skin because it is a hydrating tanner with oil in it. Self-tanner definitely looks better when you already have a bit of a tan going on. Adding tanner to already tanned skin adds a glowy and healthy shine to your skin. But if you don't tan naturally, I would DEFINITELY recommend St. Tropez over everything.
